How do I find my order status?

To check the status of your order:

  • login to "My Account" on www.bloomspot.com, using your unique email address and password.
  • If you do not see your purchase under the "My Offers" section, or do not have an order confirmation email, contact support, as your order may not be complete.
  • contact support by e-mailing support@bloomspot.com or calling 888-501-7172.
