How do I get a refund?

Refunds are available up to 24 hours after the close of the sale, unless otherwise specified in offer details. Refunds cannot be granted after a show or event date has passed or if a certificate has been used. After 60 days have passed since payment, bloomspot cannot process any refunds back to the original form of payment.

To submit a refund request, please email support@bloomspot.com.

As long as your emailed refund request is sent within 24 hours of the close of the sale your refund will be honored, unless otherwise specified in offer details.

Provide your order ID number or certificate number, and specify which offer you are requesting a refund for. Please explain the circumstances surrounding your refund request.
