If you have not received a confirmation email for your recent purchase:
1. Check your junk email, sometimes emails from Bloomspot are inadvertently marked as junk.
2. Log into "My Account" on www.bloomspot.com located in the upper right on the header bar.
a. Make sure you are logged in with your email address, and have signed in with your password.
b. The offers you have purchased will be listed under "My Offers"
c. Click on the certificate number to view a particular certificate.
3. Email support@bloomspot.com to ensure that your order did go through. Provide the email address you use most frequently on Bloomspot.
